Purchased time will be portable and good until expiration at most meters OF THE SAME TYPE OF SPACE AND WITH THE SAME OR LOWER HOURLY RATE (i.e., time purchased for a Commercial Loading Zone is portable only to another Commercial Loading Zone, and time purchased at other on-street meters is portable only to other on-street meters).
